Our goal is that the Bone-In Dress Weight to be at least 50% of the Live Weight. We try to process our rabbits around 5 lbs. or 12 weeks, depending on our schedules. At this point, Silver Fox rabbit growth rates slow, therefore smaller yields with higher feed costs. However, the older the rabbit, the better the pelt.
